My go through with Clarisonic Mia 2

I just love birthdays! For this year, I was delighted to have received a Clarisonic skin cleanser as one of my gifts. Thanks to ate Mayet for hearing my needs/wants (?)! I’m sure everyone knows what Clarisonic is by now. But for those who don’t, Clarisonic is a cleansing tool that can be used daily as a skin care routine. Unlike my Sigma cleansing tool, the Clarisonic tool operates in a gentle sonic micro-massage action to cleanse deeply. It has 2 speed options which are Low and normal. One thing that I find it so clever is the cleansing timer. It gives you an even and thorough one-minute cleansing of your face as it pauses briefly to indicate it is time to shift to another part of your face. Most skin cleansing tools don’t have this certain setting and I really believe that a timer is important…you’ll never know when it will cause an abrasion for scrubbing your face too long.

Clarisonic Mia 2 - Sonic Skin Cleansing
Includes:

1. White Mia 2
2. Universal Voltage pLink Charger
3. Sensitive Brush Head
4. Trial-Size Cleanser / Philosopy
5. Deep Pore Cleansing Brush Head
6. Travel Case

Ahh yeah...I just thought you'd like to see the box. :)

Excuse my french! lol! nail polish got chipped off... The handle has some weight to it compared to my other cleansing tool but I don't really mind.

There are two brush heads the came with the box and the one that is already attached to the handle is intended for sensitive skin. Also ideal for most skin types as well as for use on the neck, shoulders, and hands. The other brush head is a Deep Pore Cleansing brush, can be used for all skin types too. It provides a substantial yet gentle pore cleansing.

I use it twice a week and I must say it does make your skin smooth and feeling fresh. This is not an exfoliating tool, I believe, and I've never felt like it’s scraping off my skin unlike my old one. It has been 3 weeks now and I’m loving it. I feel that it has improved the texture of my skin thus making it healthier, clearer and cleaner. It could just be me but I do understand that everybody is different and some might not get the same result as I did. However, I truly and definitely recommend this product. The only downside I find for this tool is the price (minimum of $119) but I guarantee you it is a good investment for your skin.

Thanks for the info. So I have to tell you--I was at the grocery store and I bought some Gold Bond because you wrote about it. Seriously. Working to keep my hands young!
